By purchasing tickets you agree to follow and adhere to the below rules and procedures. Failure to do so may result in being refused entry or being removed from the venue with no refunds being issued.
What is the location of the events?+
We use a variety of venues so regular guests get a new setting to explore each time. All London events are within zone 1 or 2 unless stated otherwise, and we try to stay central — we're currently at BrewDog Chancery Lane. Please note the location may have to change due to unforeseen circumstances; always check your event for the confirmed venue.
Do I need to be good at painting?+
Not at all — no experience necessary. An experienced artist leads you step by step through painting your favourite hip-hop and RnB icons. Just bring yourself and a great attitude.
What does my ticket include?+
It depends on the ticket type:
Sip & Paint Class: entry, painting class and painting materials.
Full Brunch Ticket: entry, painting class, a tote bag, painting materials and a 2-course meal.
Brunch Ticket: entry and a 2-course meal.
Party Ticket: entry to the event after 2:30pm.

How much are tickets?+
All current prices are listed on our Events page according to availability (tickets from £34). They're sold on a first-come, first-served basis, prices are non-negotiable, and we're unable to accept deposits. Prices may vary depending on the event — we may introduce discounts or promotions at any stage. This won't affect your statutory rights, and you won't be entitled to any backdated partial refunds if you bought before an offer was introduced.
What time does the event start?+
Brunch usually starts at 12pm and ends at 5pm. We paint from 12–1:30pm and the party kicks in from 2:30pm. Check the exact start time on your upcoming London sip and paint tickets, as event start times may vary.
Are tickets refundable?+
All ticket sales are non-refundable. If you've been affected by COVID-19 and can show proof of a positive PCR test, we're happy to transfer your ticket to a future brunch — please keep in mind we can only do this once. We're unable to transfer or refund a whole group as we've already paid for the food, artist and entertainment.
Do you cater for my dietary requirements?+
We cater for all major dietary requirements including nut allergies, gluten intolerance, dairy intolerance, halal produce, vegetarians and vegans. We're unable to cater for coeliacs. Please send your dietary requirements at least three days before the event — if we don't hear from you, you'll receive the meat option.
Is there anything special for birthdays? Can I bring a cake?+
You're welcome to bring a cake with candles or sparklers. Please note we may not be able to store your cake on the day. Birthday shouts and shout-outs are offered at the discretion of the organisers and aren't guaranteed. We also offer birthday packages, subject to availability.
Are there any packages?+
Yes — group bundles, birthday packages and stag/hen packages, all subject to availability. Send us an enquiry and we'll build the day around you.
If we buy our tickets separately, will we be seated together?+
Yes — just send us an email. This is your chance to let us know who you'd like on your table, including anyone who booked separately from you.
Can I add other guests to my booking?+
Yes. To add more guests to an existing booking, simply buy the extra tickets you need on our London sip and paint events page.
How does seating work? Can I buy a table?+
Tables aren't for sale. Seating is allocated according to group size and only for guests who've purchased full brunch tickets. Tables may be removed after food service to make room for the party.
Can the menu and drinks be revealed before I book?+
The food and drink menu for special events is only revealed at the event itself. Otherwise, it'll be the venue's usual menu.
Is there an age restriction?+
Over 18s only. Please bring valid ID, as we have a strict "no ID, no entry" policy on the door.
Do I need to bring ID?+
Yes. Please bring suitable ID as we operate a no ID, no entry policy. We reserve the right to remove any guests from the queue or venue who aren't able to produce ID on the day.
Is there a dress code?+
We don't accept fancy dress — including hen/stag themed outfits, sashes, veils, top hats, props or head dresses — unless it's related to the event theme on the day. Comfy and cute is the move (paint happens; aprons are provided).
Can pregnant persons attend?+
For health and safety purposes, we recommend that anyone more than 6 months pregnant doesn't attend the brunch.
Can I buy a gift voucher?+
Yes — gift vouchers start at £33 and make a great gift for friends, art lovers or anyone wanting to try something new. Get in touch to arrange one.
How long until I get a response to my email?+
We aim to respond within 48 hours.
What if my event gets cancelled?+
In the event of a cancellation on our side, your tickets can be transferred or refunded up to 6 months from the date of your booking.
